Terms of Service

Please read these before you buy:

• Kids 5 and under free
• All sales are final — tickets are nonrefundable
• No cash accepted
• Online orders include an online processing fee that covers Stripe's card-processing cost; it is itemized before you pay.
• No alcohol allowed anywhere on premises

• You can buy up to 10 tickets per order.
• Where a ticket type has a day-of price, that price takes effect at midnight Central time on the day of the event.
• Enter your name and email address on our tickets page, so we can send your tickets.
• Paid orders are paid by card on Stripe's secure checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
• Your tickets are issued once your payment is confirmed.

• Tickets are sent only by email, to the address you give on our tickets page, as a PDF with one ticket per page. This site never shows your tickets, so keep that email.
• Show each ticket's QR code at the door, printed or on your phone.
• The email may also let you add each ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
• If your tickets haven't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email nwagujaratigroup@gmail.com with your order number.

Discount codes are issued by the organizers. A code works only while it is active and within its valid dates. Some codes cover only a limited number of tickets across all orders, and a code sent to particular people works only with the email address it was sent to.

If a code covers your whole order, there is nothing to pay and no online processing fee.
