Privacy Policy

• Your name and email address, so we can send your tickets. You enter them on our tickets page. On a paid order we also give your email address to Stripe, which shows it on its checkout page. If you leave Stripe's page without paying, or your checkout expires, we remove them from the unfinished order.
• Your order: the tickets you chose, any discount code you used, and the amount you paid.
• If the organizers send you a discount code meant only for you, they save your email address with that code so it works only with your address.

Your card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and stay with Stripe. We never see or store them.

We don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, processes technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

• To issue your tickets, email them to you, and resend them if needed.
• To answer your questions about your order.
• To make sure discount codes are used as intended.

We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

• Stripe processes payments. The email address we give it, and what you enter on its checkout page, are covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare hosts this site, stores order records, and sends ticket emails. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Apple and Google, only if you add a ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. A wallet pass carries your ticket and the event details, not your name or email address.

Within NGG, only the organizers running the event can see your order details.

To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected, email nwagujaratigroup@gmail.com.

If this policy changes, we'll post the new version on this page.
